H2G Green (SGX:5AI) entered into a supplemental agreement with T T J Holdings to extend the long-stop date to complete its planned acquisition of T T J Greenfuel to May 31 from Feb. 28, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The deal, executed through its majority-owned unit Green Energy Investment Holding, remains subject to conditions under the sale and purchase agreement.
