Haitong Securities (HKG:6837, SHA:600837) will delist its H Shares from the Hong Kong Exchange and its A Shares from the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 4, 2025.

The move is part of Haitong's merger and absorption into Guotai Junan Securities (SHA:601211, HKG:2611).

In a Tuesday disclosure, Haitong Securities said it would maintain the Hong Kong listing of three bonds and notes it guarantees.
