Ubtech Robotics (HKG:9880) has completed the placement of 10,155,099 shares to at least six investors at HK$90 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$876.3 million, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The shares represent about 2.3% of the Chinese robotics company's enlarged issued share capital.

Proceeds from the issue will mainly be used for the R&D expenses of core technologies.
