Lantheus (LNTH) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $1.59 per diluted share, down from $1.75 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $391.1 million, compared with $354 million a year earlier.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted diluted EPS of $7.00 to $7.20. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $6.98. Full year revenue is estimated at $1.55 billion to $1.61 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.61 billion.
Shares of Lantheus were up more than 4% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
