As of 9 a.m. on February 26, the public offering subscription phase of Mixue in Hong Kong ended, with a financing subscription multiple reaching 5125 times and a subscription amount of HK$1.77 trillion, making it an IPO phenomenon. Mixue will officially be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 3rd.
On February 21, Mixue announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it had preliminarily submitted an application to issue 17.0599 million H shares at an issue price of HK$202.5 per share with stock code 2097.
According to the issuance plan, Mixue will globally offer 17.0599 million H shares this time, accounting for 4.52% of the total issuance, with an issue price of HK$202.50 per share and a total fundraising amount of approximately HK$3.455 billion. The post-issuance market value is around HK$76.355 billion. According to the schedule, Mixue’s IPO subscription closed on February 26th, results were announced on February 28th, and it will be listed on March 3rd.
Mixue’s Hong Kong IPO has been warmly welcomed by the market since it opened for subscription on February 21. On February 23, its financing subscription amount exceeded HK$640 billion, with a subscription multiple of over 1800 times, setting a new record for frozen capital in new shares in the Hong Kong stock market.
As of 9:00 am on the 26th, Mixue’s subscription amount reached HK$1.77 trillion this time, creating a new record for new share subscriptions in the Hong Kong stock market. The last time this record was set was when Kuaishou had a subscription amount of HK$1.2 trillion.
The brokerage firm that subscribed for the most financing of Mixue is Futu Securities, close to HK$1.06 trillion, accounting for 59%. Next is Phillip Securities, reaching HK$306 billion, accounting for 17%, and Prudential Brokerage, Tiger Brokers and others also exceeded one hundred billion Hong Kong dollars.
