Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 fell to $190.1 million from $215.4 million a year earlier.
Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $189.3 million.
The company expects 2025 core FFO of $2.30 to $2.38 a share. Analysts project $2.40.
