Human Health (HKG:1419) completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in dental clinic company Monarch Medical Services through unit Rank Best, a Feb. 28 filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The parties had first entered into an agreement regarding the purchase in January.

Shares of the healthcare service provider were down over 1% in recent trade.
