Elite UK REIT (SGX:MXNU) divested Crown Buildings, Caerphilly at Claude Road, Caerphilly, Wales, UK, for 710,000 pounds sterling, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The sale consideration represents an 18% premium above the market valuation of around 600,000 pounds.
Proceeds from the divestment will be used for the repayment of the REIT's borrowings.
