Altus Power (AMPS) said Tuesday that its 1.4-megawatt rooftop solar project at the Blue Sport Stable sports facility in Colorado has started operations.

The company said the solar project is expected to power a "majority" of the facility's annual energy requirements and is estimated to reduce carbon emissions by 1,400 metric tons per year.
