A-Sonic Aerospace (SGX: BTJ) is looking to dispose of its leasehold property located at International Plaza, Singapore, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The disposal is subject to the appointment of an independent valuer and the receipt of a written expression of intent, along with approval from the company's shareholders.
Shares of the company were down over 3% in recent trading.
