ASL Marine Holdings (SGX:A04) will redeem all outstanding Series 007 notes, totaling SG$43.3 million, at par on April 1, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The notes, issued under the company's SG$500 million multicurrency debt program, carry a 5.35% coupon and were set to mature in 2026.
Payment will be made through The Central Depository, with March 24 as the record date.
