Fung Wai Hang has resigned as Anchorstone's (HKG:1592) chief financial officer and an executive director effective Feb. 28, a same-day bourse filing said.

The move comes about in order for Fung to pursue other business and personal commitments.

Shares of the stone and marble product supplier were down nearly 7% in recent trade.
