Reliance Worldwide (ASX:RWC) Chief Executive Officer Heath Sharp sold 530,000 of its shares in the company for over AU$2.6 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Proceeds will be used to fund a personal property deal, per the filing.

Following the open-market transaction, Sharp owns nearly 1.3 million shares in the company, the filing said.
