L3Harris Technologies boosted its quarterly dividend 3.4%.

The defense contractor on Friday said that its board of directors approved the increase in its quarterly payout to $1.20 per share from $1.16 previously.

The new payout, equal to $4.80 annually, represents a yield of 2.3% based on the company's last closing price of $204.90.

The dividend will be paid March 21 to shareholders of record as of March 10.
