Ameresco (AMRC) said Monday that it has acquired ASA Controls, a controls contractor and systems integrator.

The company said the acquisition expands its presence in the building automation and temperature control market.

Financial terms were not disclosed, however, the company said it does not expect the acquisition to have a material impact on its 2025 financial results.
