Ourgame International Holdings (HKG:6899) said it appointed Xu Jin as the chief executive officer of the company, according to a Sunday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Since Dec. 2022, Xu has been the CEO of Beijing Huaxiang Intelligence Sports Technology, a company subsidiary.
The company also said it appointed Wang Runqun as the co-chief executive officer.
Wang has been associated with the group in April 2005 including product manager, department manager, director and general manager of the department responsible for the card and board games.
Lu Jingsheng was redesignated from the CEO position to chief financial officer of the company due to the Group's reassignment of duties and responsibilities. He will continue to serve as the chairman of the group.
All changes are effective March 1.
