March 3 (Reuters) - U.S. grocer Kroger KR.N on Monday said its top boss, Rod McMullen, has resigned after a board investigation found that his personal conduct was inconsistent with certain company policies.
Here is a list of some U.S. companies that have ousted their CEOs over the past two decades for reasons such as personal misconduct or violations of company policies:
