Wee Hur (SGX:E3B) booked an attributable loss of SG$12.5 million during the second half of 2024 against an attributable profit of SG$120.4 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Loss per share from continuing operations stood at SG$0.0136 compared with earnings per share of SG$0.1347 in the comparable period.
Revenue declined 27% year over year to SG$91.7 million from SG$125.6 million, mainly due to lower contributions from construction property segments.
The company declared a final cash dividend of SG$0.008 for H2 2024.
Shares of the property developer were down over 8% in morning trading Monday.
