City Developments (SGX:C09) CEO, Sherman Kwek has enlisted the services of Senior Counsel Davinder Singh as his boardroom battle with father Kwek Leng Beng takes a new turn, according to The Straits Times on Monday.
Kwek senior has sought to remove his son from the position due to an "attempted coup," the report added.
Singh is considered one of Singapore's foremost litigators and in the past has worked with former prime ministers, Lee Hsien Loong and Lee Kuan Yew, the report noted.
