CITIC Securities' (HKG:6030, SHA:600030) unit, CSI MTN, issued medium-term bonds worth $30 million, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Monday.

The bond is part of the company's bond program worth up to $3 billion.

After the transaction, the principal amount left under the program amounts to $2.59 billion, the filing said.
