EC Healthcare Completes Major Stake Disposal, Acquisition

EC Healthcare's (HKG:2138) subsidiary, Jade Master International, completed the sale of its 51% stake in New Medical Centre to AIA Hong Kong Medical Services on Friday, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The transaction was first announced in November 2024, with Jade Master agreeing to dispose of the majority stake for HK$437.6 million.

The company also completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in its unit, Hong Kong Medical Advanced Imaging (TST), as part of an internal reorganization within the group.
