Australian Unity Office Fund (ASX:AOF) declared a special dividend of AU$0.24 per share, following the sale of its Melbourne property for AU$41.5 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The dividend is payable on March 21 to shareholders on record as of March. 7, the filing said.
