Emerald Resources (ASX:EMR) confirmed it secured orders from the Supreme Court of Western Australia granting the firm cleaning notice relief, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

It had made the court application to rectify potential non-compliance with regulations that require synchronization of financial year ends for subsidiaries, the filing said.

The firm had sought a declaration related to the validity of certain previously filed cleansing notices.

Emerald anticipated that its securities are set to restart trading at the market open on Monday following the grant of the court orders.
