OUE (SGX:LJ3) booked a loss attributable to owners of SG$190.7 million during the second half of 2024, against an attributable profit of SG$40.9 million a year earlier, according to a Saturday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Loss per share came in at SG$0.2515, compared with earnings per share of SG$0.0485 in the comparable period.

Revenue was up 4.2% year over year to SG$332.0 million from SG$318.6 million.

The board declared a final dividend of SG$0.01 per share for 2024, which will be paid on May 29.
