Uju Holding (HKG:1948) has appointed Li Nian as its joint chief executive officer effective Feb. 28, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Li will serve alongside co-CEO Peng Liang, who also serves as chairman and an executive director of the marketing services provider.

Li is currently the VP of the company's advertising department.
