ZTE (SHE:000063, HKG:0763) attributable profit fell 9.7% to 8.42 billion yuan in 2024 from 9.33 billion yuan in 2023, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the telecommunications company decreased to 1.76 yuan from 1.96 yuan in the previous year.
Operating revenue, however, declined 2.4% to 121.3 billion yuan from 124.3 billion yuan a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of 6.17 yuan per 10 shares, or 0.617 yuan per share, payable May 27. The record date is yet to be announced.
Shares fell 8% in Hong Kong and 6% in Shenzhen during Monday's early afternoon trading.
