Oshidori International Sells ZhongAn Online P & C Insurance Shares

Oshidori International (HKG:0622), through its units, disposed of a total of 18,479,000 shares in ZhongAn Online P & C Insurance (HKG:6060) for HK$254.6 million, a Feb. 28 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares, which represent roughly 1.3% of ZhongAn Online P & C Insurance's issued share capital, were sold on the open market at HK$13.80 apiece.

Following the disposal, the securities and investment company ceased to have any shares in ZhongAn Online P & C Insurance.

The firm will use proceeds from the sale for general working capital.
