Mahindra Logistics Gets Shareholders' Nod to Dissolve UK Subsidiary

Mahindra Logistics (NSE:MAHLOG, BOM:540768) said its UK-based wholly owned subsidiary MLL Global Logistics has received shareholders' approval for its voluntary dissolution, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

Accordingly, the company will apply for the striking off and dissolution with the Registrar of Companies, UK, following which it will cease to be a subsidiary of Mahindra Logistics.

MLL Global Logistics was incorporated on December 2022 in UK and has not begun its operations after the incorporation.
