Imugene (ASX:IMU) appointed Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals' (ASX:CUV) former Chief Financial Officer Darren Keamy as CFO, effective immediately, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Keamy will succeed current CFO Mike Tonroe, the filing said.
