Baidu (BIDU) is preparing an offshore bond offering of 10 billion yuan ($1.37 billion), Bloomberg reported late Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The offering will include a five-year note with a yield of 2.6% to 2.8% and a 10-year security with a yield of 2.8% to 3%, and could be priced on Wednesday, the report said.
The size of the offering has increased from earlier talks of at least 4 billion yuan, the report added.
Baidu did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
