B. Riley Financial (RILY) said Monday the preliminary estimate of Q4 diluted net income per common share was $1.57 to $2.22.
Separately, the sale of Atlantic Coast Recycling closed for about $70 million in cash proceeds, B. Riley said in a statement.
The company expects to record a gain of $30 million on the sale in Q1.
B. Riley shares rose 7.4% in recent after-hours trading.
