HL Global Enterprises (SGX:AVX) said Shanghai International Club has terminated its trademark license agreement for Hotel Equatorial Shanghai ahead of its March 31 expiry, citing plans for major renovations, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The early termination will reduce HL Global's other income by about $92,000 for the six months ending June 30.
