Paragon REIT (SGX:SK6U) granted 779,900 units under its Performance Unit Award scheme, with 409,800 units allocated to Chief Executive Officer Leng Mee Yin Susan, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The awarded units, priced at SG$0.970 each on the grant date, will vest in March 2028, subject to performance conditions.
The REIT is undergoing a proposed privatization by Times Properties, which may affect the status of these awards.
