CVS Health (CVS) and Wellvana said Tuesday that Wellvana has acquired CVS Accountable Care's Medicare Shared Savings Program business in an all-stock deal.
The transaction, detailed terms of which have not been disclosed, gives CVS Health a minority investment in Wellvana, the companies said.
