Zhenro Properties Group (HKG:6158) recorded contracted sales of around 330 million yuan in February, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 25,228 square meters, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The property firm saw an average selling price of approximately 13,100 yuan per square meter for the month.

For the two months ended Feb. 28, contracted sales and GFA reached 703 million yuan and 47,607 square meters, respectively.
