H2G Green (SGX:5AI) issued 3 million new shares on Thursday following the exercise of warrants at SG$0.004 per share, according to a same-day filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company's total issued and paid-up share capital has increased to 1.45 billion shares.
The new shares, ranking equally with existing shares, are expected to begin trading on the SGX Catalist board on March 10. Following the latest warrant exercise, 1.38 billion warrants remain outstanding.
