IODM (ASX:IOD) has entered into separate revenue share arrangements with Convera for the United States and Canadian education sectors, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Under the agreement, the company will be entitled to 20% revenue share for existing Covera clients and 30% for new Convera clients.
