Masco's president and chief executive, Keith Allman, is retiring after 11 years at the helm of the maker of home-improvement and building products.

Masco on Thursday said Jonathon Nudi, a General Mills executive who joined its board in 2023, will succeed Allman as president and CEO of the Livonia, Mich., company, effective July 7.

Nudi, 54 years old, has spent three decades with General Mills, serving as group president of pet, international and North America foodservice since January 2024. General Mills announced Nudi's pending departure on Wednesday.

Masco said Nudi will receive an annual base salary of $1.1 million and an annual bonus with a target of 150% of his base pay.

Masco said Allman, who has spent 27 years with the company and has been president and CEO since February 2014, will also retire from the board.
