Greentown China's (HKG:3900) monthly sales of its self-investment projects reached 7.7 billion yuan in February, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The sales area reached 260,000 square meters with the sales of self-investment projects reaching 1,923 units during the month.

Average selling price was at 29,835 yuan per square meter.

In its project management business, Greentown logged sales of 5.1 billion yuan and a sales area of 390,000 square meters, the filing said.
