333D (ASX:T3D) appointed John Conidi as chief executive officer and managing director, effective March 1, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Conidi will receive an annual remuneration of AU$240,000, along with director fees of AU$30,000 per year, the filing said.
