Malaysia Smelting Proposes Bonus Share Issue

Malaysia Smelting (KLSE:MSC SGX:NPW) proposed to undertake a bonus issue of 420 million new shares, based on one bonus share for every one existing share, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.

Since the company is dual-listed, the bonus shares will also be secondarily listed on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange, it said.
