Mitsubishi Estate Logistics REIT Investment (TYO:3481) has obtained a 1.35 billion yen sustainability-linked loan from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp., according to its Thursday filing with the Tokyo Bourse.
The new loan carries a fixed rate of 1.6425%, with repayment due on March 10, 2034. The proceeds will repay a previous loan of the same amount that is due March 10.
