LONDON, March 7 (Reuters) - U.S. WTI Midland crude differentials were stable on Friday after Phillips 66 tabled a bid in the Platts window that it later withdrew.

PLATTS WINDOW

* Indications are on a free-on-board (FOB) basis unless marked as cost, insurance and freight $(CIF)$ or delivered at place (DAP).

* No deals, a trader said.

* WTI Midland: Phillips 66 bid for a cargo with April 2-6 dates at dated Brent plus $1.65 CIF Rotterdam, before withdrawing.

* The bid equated to around dated Brent plus 75 cents on a FOB basis, Reuters calculations showed.
