The Founder Haitao Sun made the biggest insider purchase in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for HK$501k worth of shares at a price of HK$0.25 each. That implies that an insider found the current price of HK$0.25 per share to be enticing. That means they have been optimistic about the company in the past, though they may have changed their mind. If someone buys shares at well below current prices, it's a good sign on balance, but keep in mind they may no longer see value. The good news for 51 Credit Card share holders is that an insider was buying at near the current price. Haitao Sun was the only individual insider to buy shares in the last twelve months.

But they may have an indirect interest through a corporate structure that we haven't picked up on. Whilst better than nothing, we're not overly impressed by these holdings.
It's certainly positive to see the recent insider purchase. And an analysis of the transactions over the last year also gives us confidence. However, we note that the company didn't make a profit over the last twelve months, which makes us cautious.
