Lightspeed Commerce Names Hydro-Quebec Executive as Board Chair

Lightspeed Commerce (LSPD) said Thursday it has named Manon Brouillette as Executive Chair of its Board of Directors, starting April 1.

Patrick Pichette, an interim chair of the board, will continue to serve as a director on the board, Lightspeed Commerce said.

Brouillette currently serves as the chair of the board of renewable energy firm Hydro-Quebec. Previously, Brouillette had served as CEO of Verizon Consumer Group, executive vice president of Verizon, as well as President and CEO of Videotron.
