PDS (NSE:PDSL, BOM:538730) said its wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, PDS Multinational FZCO, has incorporated a new entity, Tritron Fashion FZCO, in the UAE, according to Thursday filing with the Indian bourses.
The company has subscribed to 60% of the shares for 1.4 million Indian rupees, the filing said.
