Sunac China Holdings (HKG:1918) recorded contracted sales of about 1.80 billion yuan in February with a sales area of 152,000 square meters, a Wednesday bourse filing said.

The property developer's average selling price for the reporting month stood at around 11,840 yuan per square meter.

For the two months ended February, the company recorded contracted sales of 8.64 billion yuan, contracted sales area of 264,000 square meters, and contracted average selling price of 32,730 yuan per square meter.
