Poly Property (HKG:0119) recorded contracted sales and sold area of about 3.6 billion yuan and 123,000 square meters, respectively, in February, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The property company's average selling price stood at 29,644 yuan per square meter in the month.

For the two months ended Feb. 28, contracted sales and sold area reached 8.4 billion yuan and 285,000 square meters, respectively.
