Real estate leasing and managed offices services provider (BOM:512008) EFC has established a joint venture called 'Forty Two Ventures' with furniture retailer Pepperfry, according to a Tuesday filing to the BSE.

The new joint venture will engage in the business of logistics and logistic solutions, including end-to-end supply chain management. It will also operate, manage, and maintain furniture studios, experience centers, and retail showrooms.
