Institutional broking company Relic Technologies (BOM:511712) has completed the acquisition of a 69.50% stake in Truhealthy Wellness, according to a Wednesday filing with the BSE.
The company has acquired 6,950 shares of 10 rupees each constituting 69.50% of the shareholding of Truhealthy Wellness.
Shares of the company were up 2% in recent trade.
